Delivery

FREE Delivery for all UK orders over £75 (UK Standard).

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries.  If you happen to be out at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card.  You can then either collect it from your local deport or re-arrange a delivery via the Royal Mail website.

We also may use City Link (UK) for heavier parcels, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been sent.

We at times use DHL for international deliveries if the parcels are heavy, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been sent.

Next Day Delivery
- You will be required to sign for your delivery, if you are not home a card will be left.
- Order before 12pm Monday - Thursday and your order will arrive the next day. 
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

International Delivery
- Unfortunately we cannot track international orders unless sent via DHL (heavy parcels).
- Please note you may be charged customs duty and/or other tax.  As the buyer and importer you are responsible for this charge.  Please check with your local customs office for further information.

If your package has not been delivered within the given time frame please contact us and we will chase the package for you. Note that we do not have any super powers in relations to the post office.
